Tartiflette is an alpine recipe that traditionally Reblochon cheese over a blend of potatoes, onions, bacon and cream. Since Reblochon is not available here in the US, we sampled it with three cheeses: Chablochon, goat Camembert, and Brie. All were fantastic!
